Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling is seeking applications to fill four vacancies on the City of Nampa’s Venue Management Commission. The purpose and duties of the Venue Management Advisory Commission is to advise the Mayor and Council with regard to the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Ford Idaho Center and the Nampa Civic Center.
The commission meets once a month on the third Thursday of the month at 3:30 p.m. at the Ford Idaho Center ticket office and consists of eight members who all serve staggered terms:
- Two of these appointed members will serve five-year terms, beginning in August 2023 and ending in August 2028.
- Two of these terms will be three-year terms, beginning in August 2023 and ending in August 2026.

Applicants must be appointed by Mayor Kling and confirmed by the Nampa City Council before beginning their term of service.
