Description:
Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are held in the Maryanne Jordan City Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of City Hall. Meetings start at 6:00 p.m. and are open to the public. The meeting's end time depends on the length of the agenda. All public meetings are held in a hybrid format allowing both virtual and in-person attendance:

For each hearing item, in-person testimony will be heard before online testimony.

About the Planning and Zoning Commission
Boise's Planning and Zoning Commission makes the final decision on conditional use permits, planned unit developments and most variances. They also review appeals of administrative decisions and make recommendations to City Council on rezones, annexations and amendments to the ordinance and Comprehensive Plan. Any P & Z Commission decision can be appealed to City Council
