Draft Compatibility Determination on Natural Resource Collecting | U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has prepared a draft compatibility determination for the non-commercial collecting of of plant and animal products by the Fallon Paiute Shosone Tribe for cultural purposes. The Service assesses the compatibility of public uses on the refuge in accordance with agency policy, 603 FW 2, on Compatibility.

Comments are due by 5:00pm on January 1, 2023 and should be sent to Carl Lunderstadt, the refuge complex project leader, at carl_lunderstadt@fws.gov. Hard copies are also available a the refuge office, which is located at 1020 New River Parkway, Suite 305, Fallon, NV 89406.
