It’s spooky season and Zoo Boise has you covered with the return of a popular family-friendly event, plus an additional opportunity to celebrate that’s just for adults. We hope you’ll join us for some sweet treats, costume contests and opportunities to watch your favorite zoo animals enjoy Halloween themed enrichment.
BOO AT THE ZOO
Boo at the Zoo is back after a two-year hiatus! To make up for lost time, the event will be held for two full days on Saturday, October 29 and Sunday, October 30. Boo at the Zoo is always family-friendly and packed full of Trick or Treat candy stations, costume contests for all ages, vendors, face painting and the opportunity to watch the zoo animals enjoy their Halloween treats. Boo at the Zoo takes place both days from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with last admission into the zoo at 4 p.m. Advance tickets are available, but not required. Boo at the Zoo is presented by Delta Dental of Idaho.
BOO AND BREWS
The kids don’t get to have all the fun this year – for the first time, we’re hosting a Halloween event at Zoo Boise that’s just for adults (21+). Join us for Boo and Brews on Friday, October 21 where you can taste some incredible beers and drinks from local breweries, plus take part in costume contests for prizes while enjoying great food, music and exclusive animal experiences. Gather your friends and enjoy a spirited evening as Zoo Boise transforms before your eyes! There are only a limited number of tickets available for this event. Click here to secure your spot.
