Additional Event Information

Lights & Lasers is a festival designed for families and individuals looking for something exciting to do outdoors.  Bring a group of friends and family, find a place within one of Idaho Central Legacy Fields’ baseball fields to view the show. Enjoy family friendly activities at your leisure for an additional fee leading up to and during the show. We will have all your local food favorites as well as beer and wine available for purchase.

What to expect

Gates will open 2 hours early at 6PM for attendees to enjoy family friendly activities; such as bounce houses, laser tag, a mechanical bull and other attraction favorites. Food vendors will be open with options ranging from barbecue, kettle corn, to snow cones and corn dogs. The show will begin just about dusk around 8:15 PM with an animated introduction followed by DJ Eric Rhodes  family oriented sound mix with choreographed lights and lasers.

Ticket Types 

General Admission and Kids 12 & Under – is per person and gives the ticket holder admission into the festival and show.

VIP Admission – is per person and gives the ticket holder up front parking, designated VIP viewing area, meet and greet with DJ Eric Rhodes from 6:00PM-7:30PM, access to the green room prior to the show, and a commemorative gift.

Handicap Parking – There will be designated handicap parking areas. There are some paved paths as well as areas of grass and gravel. Please email contact@visitsouthidaho.com to let us know your needs.

Check-In

Day of check-in will happen at Idaho Central Legacy Fields. You will present your QR code ticket at the entrance to the field where you will receive a wrist band for every general admission ticket. The VIP ticket holders will receive a wristband and a lanyard. Only VIP tickets holders will have access to the green room.

Event 

Attendees will arrive by car and will be directed where to park by security. Attendees will walk into the festival  through the main entrance to the festival. The activities will be open and available for an additional fee as you choose. The show will start just around dusk at about 8:15PM.

Show 

The show is a custom show that lasts about 45 minutes and will begin with a friendly face you may have met in previous years, Snake River Sam, as he introduces local social media celebrity DJ Eric Rhodes. Music will mixed by DJ Eric Rhodes will be choreographed to animations, lights and lasers to keep your eyes and ears satisfied.

Weather, cancellations & other issues

The event will go on in rain or shine. All sales are final. If plans change, ticket holders are able to sell their tickets to others looking to purchase them. Dogs are not allowed. No outside food or drink will be permitted without special permission.
