City of Idaho issued the following announcement on April 18.
Idaho Falls Public Works is hosting a neighborhood meeting this week to discuss the water line replacement project on Saturn Avenue, between Broadway and Grandview Drive, as well as the streets within that neighborhood.
The meeting is on Thursday, April 21 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and will be an open house format held in the gymnasium of Temple View Elementary School, located at 1500 Scorpius Drive in Idaho Falls.
Construction on the water line will begin in May. This project entails replacing aging water main lines, paving, and replacing and reconnecting water service lines. Earlier this month, meeting notices were mailed directly to property owners who will be impacted by the work.
Community members are invited to join the meeting to learn more about the project. Those unable to attend are welcome to call the City of Idaho Falls Engineering Office at (208) 612-8250 for details and concerns.
