On Saturday, March 8, former Middleton High School standout Laney Leavitt’s current college team, the Grand Canyon Antelopes, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the San Diego Toreros.

The game took place at GCU Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Toreros this season.

The Antelopes’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 2 p.m. at GCU Softball Stadium against Utah State Aggies.
