On Saturday, April 5, former Homedale High School standout Drew Deal’s current college team, the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Western Oregon Wolves.

The game took place at Elmore W. Vail Field. This was their eighth matchup against the Wolves this season.

The Nighthawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 1 p.m. at Dehler Park against Montana State Billings Yellowjackets.
